I am Doreen Rabson, a single mother of two young children living in Tanzania. I am facing very difficult financial challenges and I am struggling to provide basic needs for my family. Every day is a battle to put food on the table, pay rent, and ensure my children can continue with their education. I work hard doing small jobs, but the money I earn is not enough to cover all our expenses. There are days when we go to bed with little or no food, and I worry so much about my children's future.
